Nestled in the sparkling turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea, Phi Phi Island offers an idyllic escape for honeymooners seeking both romance and adventure. With its stunning natural beauty, pristine beaches, and vibrant marine life, this tropical paradise is perfect for couples looking to create unforgettable memories.

The Beaches

No matter where you choose to stay on Ko Phi Phi Don, you’ll be just moments away from a stunning beach with crystal-clear, turquoise waters brimming with tropical fish. Although Ao Ton Sai Beach, the main arrival and departure point for ferries and long-tail boats, isn’t ideal for swimming, there are several beautiful beaches just a short walk or a quick long-tail boat ride away.

Things to Do

Both islands provide thrilling opportunities for rock climbing and cliff diving from 18-meter-high limestone cliffs, as well as scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking in the picturesque bays—ideal for adventurous honeymooners. Explore the untouched rainforest and spot various bird species, including gurneys, finfoots, kingfishers, egrets, and herons. For fishing enthusiasts, charter a boat to pursue marlin, sailfish, barracuda, and tuna.

Phi Phi Don is the largest and sole inhabited island in the six-island group. It offers a range of accommodations, from budget-friendly bungalows to luxurious 4- and 5-star beachfront resorts, including the SAii Phi Phi Island Village, an excellent choice for any honeymoon on Phi Phi Island.

Getting to the Islands

The easiest way to reach the Phi Phi Islands is to fly into either Phuket International Airport (HKT) or Krabi Airport (KBV), and then take a boat to the islands. For travelers coming from certain international locations, this often involves first flying into Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) or Singapore’s Changi Airport (SIN), and then catching a connecting flight to either Phuket or Krabi.
